What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use a Png with shadows and transparency.
2.Set it as a background of a div.
3.Use javascript to dinamically change either the position or the opacity
of that element.

What is the expected result?
In Firefox/Opera everything works fine, the image is displayed smoothly, as
expected, during the effects/animations.

What happens instead?
Rugged borders appear around the image until it returns to initial state.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
