New issue 9176 by desco911: Page Up/Page Down in a GMail compose text box
leaves cursor unmoved
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=9176

Chrome Version : 2.0.169.1 (Official Build 11427) and all prior
URLs (if applicable) : mail.google.com
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: Not Tested
   Firefox 3.x: OK
          IE 7: Not Tested
          IE 8: Not Tested

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open GMail, hit "Compose" or reply to an existing email
2. Make sure there's at least 3 pages of text in the textbox
3. Hit page down, start typing.

What is the expected result?
-When I hit page down, I expect the cursor to move with the current view.
This is the way every other application works.

What happens instead?
-But the cursor stays where it was, and when I start typing, the view snaps
back up to where the cursor was.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
-I don't know if this is a Chrome issue or a GMail issue, but considering
it only happens with Chrome, it feels more like a Chrome issue. Either
way, it strikes me as odd that Google's browser misbehaves with one of
Google's own products.
