Ping pong, I think it's session restore, back to Scott.
- It only happens with session restore, not if you close the browser and
paste in the
old hotmail URL.
- It doesn't happen if you refresh the login page first.
I imagine some state we serialize for session restore has a now out of date
token
(for example, it doesn't match a session cookie that was lost when the
browser
closed).
