New issue 9232 by eminozlem7777: Parent / Child div background issue with:  
overflow: hidden

URLs (if applicable) : variable.. contact me for an example..

Other browsers tested:
   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: dont know
   Firefox 3.x: OK
          IE 7: OK
          IE 8:OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Assinged positive padding bottom negative margin bottom to fix faux
columns issue.
2.Added overflow:hidden to the content+sidebar's wrapper -the parent div-


What is the expected result?
The child div's background property should override parent's but it does not

What happens instead?
Instead it displays the parent's bg property



Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
removing: overflow: hidden, will solve the issue expectedly, however this
time i couldnt use my faux columns fix
