Chrome Version : 1.0.154.48 URLs (if applicable) : Any links to PDF documents. i.e. open any "schedule" from properties on http://www.espc.com - i.e. http://www.espc.com/EspcPublicMedia/RegistrationMedia/251000/251100/251145/ Particulars/7316.pdf Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Chrome: FAIL - fails both if Adobe Reader set to open in browser or in Reader Safari 4: n/a Firefox 3.x: OK (works on both settings) IE 7: OK (only works if Adobe Reader set to open NOT in browser) IE 8: n/a What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. go to any web page that contains links to PDF documents 2. click on PDF link 3. chrome hangs - PDF never opens. 4. right-click allows document to be saved and opened but this is tedious What is the expected result? PDF opened (IE) or downloaded (Firefox) automatically What happens instead? Chrome hangs - PDF never gets downloaded unless right click - save is used Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. Have tried re-installing Adobe (9.1) but still does not work. Googled and other users have had the same problem but re-install fixed it or else setting Adobe to open in browser fixed it. Neither works for me.
