What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open about: network, click on start tracking
2.open any website you want such as google.com
3.close the about:network pop out window, do anything you want in the
chromium such as create a new tab, chromium will crash
What is the expected result?
additional actions should not cause chromium crashes
What happens instead?
crash
