What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a spreadsheet in http://docs.google.com
2. Let's say you see row 1 to 20 in your screen
3. Try to scroll with the mouse wheel to display next rows after 20
What is the expected result?
Scroll is made correctly and for one wheel step, you now see row 3 to 23
What happens instead?
Scroll is weird, for one wheel step, you now see row 75 to 95
Scroll has to be made with the mouse wheel to reproduce this bug.
