What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new bookmark (to any URL)
2. In the Name field, type any string containing the following character: İ
3. Now, type the letter i in the address bar
What is the expected result?
Chrome should display a list of suggestions as you enter text in the
address bar
What happens instead?
Chrome crashes
