Right Finnur, you set the *shortcut key* to Ctrl+Shift+Del (the key combo on the menu's right side). But this issue is talking about the hotkeys (or keyboard accelerators, the underlined letters of the menu item of the left side). xlyuan, you are correct that the new hotkey for "Clear Browsing Data" is "C", which does not duplicate anymore in English Chrome. But just so you know, there is another duplicate hotkey: "I" for "New incognito window" and "Import bookmarks & settings". However, as Tony says: "It would be nice to not duplicate, but it does not break anything. Pressing the [duplicated hotkey] just cycles through the [multiple choices]".
