Tested in Comcast webmail, (Smartzone/Zimbra),
PASSED for Ctrl+B, Ctrl+I, ctrl+U and TAB
Tested in "SmarterTools" webmail
FAILED for Ctrl+B, Ctrl+I, ctrl+U
PASSED for TAB
...The Ctrl+[Key] behavior is stil the same as noted in the original
2009-12-19 bug
report.
NOTE: The Smartermail client pops Compose in a new Chrome window that does
not have
the decorators (tab strip, bookmarks, standard nav buttons).
