New issue 9520 by ishaqae: When I opened more than one chrome's window and
put one of them in FULL screen mode, all other windows got some problems at
the below of them .

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open more than one chrome's window.
2.Put one of them in Full screen.
3.Show what will happen in the other chrome's windows.
What is the expected result?
Windows XP's Taskbar disappear in normal Chrome's windows.
What happens instead?
Chrome replaced (Windows XP's Taskbar) with last 2 or 3 line of window that
has a Full screen mode.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
