What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use a page with a form
2. The page that treats the form has no contents and a <META HTTP-
EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="0; URL=/?view=view_PersonalTasks"> to avoid F5
resubmitting the form.
3. Press F5 on the page that appears after the automatic refresh.
What is the expected result?
The page refreshes as the page shown did NOT use form data.
What happens instead?
Chrome asks for permission to resubmit form data.

possible.
It takes place on a private password protected https site.
