space

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Goto a page with an input field (google.com)
2. enter some text into the field
3. paste text into the field a space will be auto inserted between the
existing text and the pasted text.
What is the expected result?
The pasted text should be inserted at the cursor location
What happens instead?
The extraneous space is inserted between the existing text and pasted text.
