The underlying problem is that ubuntu ia32-libs package has GTK build
incorrectly, it
should be searching in /usr/lib32/

I agree it is annoying to die on this issue, Ukai submitted a work around
to ignore
elf64 mismatches, and I will commit that.
There is the further problems that IMEs aren't going to work, for 32-bit
chromium on
64-bit ubuntu. I made some of them work with a dlopen hack to redirect it,
but that
is not a great solution either.
