assistant shows up after trying to uninstall when Chrome is running

I am not sure if we can really do anything here. Since Chrome is open
installer will
not uninstall it and also returns an error exit code. Program Compatibility
Assistant
checks that the installer processes ended but the entry in Program and
Features is
still there so it informs user that the Program has not been uninstalled
(which it
hasn't). If you close Chrome and uninstall everything works fine.
I am going to mark this working as intended unless someone objects.
