New issue 9723 by umarali85: importing bookmarks saved by chrome

i imported bookmarks to chrome that i saved using chrome on other machine
they appeared in Other Bookmarks > Imported
i want if the bookmarks are imported from chrome to chrome then they should
appear where they belong i.e Bookmark Bar should have the bookmarks from
Bookmark Bar and so on
