New issue 9725 by [email protected]: You can't open files without saving
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=9725

Chrome Version : 2.0.172.2
URLs (if applicable) : any downloadurl
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
          IE 7: OK
          IE 8: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a download somewhere

What is the expected result?
When you click 'download' it will automatically ask you to save the file
somewhere. There should be an option to open files instead of saving it.
(When you click open it should be temporary stored in %temp% and be deleted
after you close it...)

What happens instead?
Now you can only save a file. (and after you save it you can open it, but
you first have to save it in a folder)

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
No bug: feature
In the screenshot you see how IE handles this
