This only happens on Chromium trunk (Chrome-dev/beta/stable are ok) because
we
assumed that text there is dominantly RTL (in he/ar versions) and added
some special
handling under that assumption. However, in Chromium trunk, it is not
translated.
According to Xiaolu, strings related to Chromium are not translated on
purpose, but
she recently found some chromium-related strings were translated. So, it's
a bit
confusing.
If those strings will remain English, we may have to tweak 'about:chromium'
a bit
more, but it's not a high priority.
