New issue 9798 by [email protected]: running webkit tests in parallel caused some flakiness http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=9798 r13212 makes Release builds use cpus+1 test_shells to run webkit tests. This exposes some flakiness in the tests. It's not totally clear what the cause of the flakiness is.
