What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any page e.g., Wikipedia.org
2. Open new tab
3. Close first tab (Wikipedia.org)
4. Click on link under "Recently Closed"
What is the expected result?
The webpage, e.g., Wikipedia, should load.
What happens instead?
The URL is copied to the URL bar, but the page does not load or update.
