of the window may fall outside the window

   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: FAIL
   Firefox 3.x: FAIL
          IE 7:
          IE 8: FAIL for a different reason (options cannot be wider than
select element)
       Opera 9: FAIL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the attached select-right.html.
2. Click the select element.

What is the expected result?
The options, if possible, should stay inside the window.

What happens instead?
The options fall outside of the window when there is plenty of room for
them if they are right-aligned.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
