In addition to this, we should have a notification on all channels when
there's a new
version ready to install.
Currently some users rarely restart their browsers (myself included), and
won't know
there's an update unless they go to the about box.
Suggested text: "There's an update to Chrome ready to be installed.
[Restart Chrome]".
Glen, can you whip up a couple of mocks for this?
