Chrome Version : 2.0.173.1 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Have machine under some load 2. click on tab 3. it will tear off into separate new window What is the expected result? Tab activating. What happens instead? Tab gets torn off the window. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
