What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to any site with files upload (<input type="file">)
2. Try to upload new file.
What is the expected result?
A "Open file" window suppose to apear
What happens instead?
nothing
Works with google chrome 1.0.154.53 (11798) WebKit 525.19
