Yep, I can confirm it as a bug on 0.2.172.0 and 0.2.173.1. I agree that it
sounds like
the tab is somehow using the wrong site instance after the crash.
I'm planning to look at another site instance issue (9364) this week, so
I'll see if I
can figure out the cause of this while I'm at it (unless Brett has already
made
progress on it).
