What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eigenvector#Vibration_analysis
2. Try to scroll or interact with the page.
3. Be frustrated! :)
What is the expected result?
The page should scroll smoothly and not use 100% CPU.
What happens instead?
The page scrolls very very slowly and uses up 100% CPU.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
These animated GIFs are being resized from 1400x700, so it seems that
Chrome is using a very CPU-intensive image resizing algorithm, and not
caching the results.
