What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. trademonster.com is a flash based platform and when I attempt to use
tools that rely on pop ups Chrome blocks those pop ups.

What is the expected result?
A pop up screen with information supporting my stock market research
What happens instead?
When I click on the blocked pop up notification down in the right corner to
try and force open the pop up, the page that appears is blank. I have found
no way to get Chrome to allow the pop ups.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
