What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to NTP
2. Right click "Edit thumbnails" and select "Open link in new tab"
What is the expected result?
Should open "Edit thumbnails" UI in a new tab.
What happens instead?
Opens a blank NTP
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Running on Windows 7 x64
