So, this bug describes the behavior of Find prepopulation as:
1) Populate Find box with what is selected on the page (if anything)
2) Populate Find box with your last search in this tab (if any)
3) Populate Find box with your last search in any tab (if any)
4) Populate Find box with 'Find in page'
Part 2 and 3 are now done, 1 and 4 remain. I'm not working on those at the
moment, so
I'll remove my name off of it (for now).
