See tests labeled BUG9798 for the list of tests that are flaky. It's not  
clear that
all of the flakiness emerged when turning on parallel webkit tests, but a  
good chunk
of it did.

Also, we now run webkit tests in parallel for all builders and we used  
num_cpus
test_shells. It's faster to use num_cpus+1, but we saw considerably more  
flakiness
when doing so. I might try adding that back in again this week.
