I have fixed this so that the assertion is no longer triggered in V8
bleeding_edge
r1715, which should be included in the next push to V8 trunk.
I have filed V8 bug http://code.google.com/p/v8/issues/detail?id=312 to
track the
underlying issue (which is probably benign).
