New issue 10590 by medessec: One Tab to Window, bug?
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=10590
Chrome Version : 2.0.175.0 (13730)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 4:
Firefox 3.x:
IE 7:
IE 8:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.There must be only one tab open
2.Attempt to move the window normally with the only tab open in the browser
3.The tab will produce the "small window", destroying the current open
window and when dropped opens another window exactly the same as the last
one.
What is the expected result?
By clicking and dragging the only open tab; it should simply move the whole
window.
What happens instead?
It destroys the open window and where you drop the "small window" a new one
is created.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
I have provided a video that will hopefully give you a better idea of what
this is. The graphical phasing and lagging is NOT the bug. The tab, as you
can see, I drag, which closes the window and leaves the small window. I
drop it which creates it again. I have another window up with my homework.
If you think that this is a simple configuration error or a bug in the
process of being fixed, well then sorry to bug you.(lol.)
