New issue 10594 by vgarnashevich: Extension added twice when downloading a
*.rar file
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=10594

Chrome Version : 2.0.175.0 (13738)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4:
   Firefox 3.x: OK
          IE 7: OK
          IE 8:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to
http://sourceforge.net/project/downloading.php?group_id=176359&filename=DrvBK2_0.rar
2. When asked, save the file with default filename.

What is the expected result?
File saved with name "DrvBK2_0.rar"

What happens instead?
File saved with name "DrvBK2_0.rar..rar"

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
1) This happens only with *.rar files, *.zip or *.exe are saved as expected.
2) If a file named "DrvBK2_0.rar" already exists on the disk, Chrome
proposes to save it as "DrvBK2_0
(1).rar", but saves as "DrvBK2_0 (1).rar..rar"
3) If a file named "DrvBK2_0.rar..rar" already exists on the disk, Chrome
doesn't show it in "Save
as" dialog, but when OK is pressed, it says that such file exists and asks
whether to overwrite it.
