positioning don't render correctly in certain cases.

I changed the Doctype and now it passes validation.
This tests percentages in with many combos of top, left, bottom, right,
margins,
imgs, div, absolute, and relative.
Opera 10 gets it 21/24 right (see screenshot). It seems that Opera gets it
right if
the red box is img, but gets it wrong if the the red box is a div with a red
background.
