Thanks, indeed, IE7/IE8 do check input language to decide if Right_Ctrl +
Right_Shift
used for changing text directionality should be enabled or disabled for an
input box.
1. If you don't have any RTL input language installed, then this feature
will be
disabled.
2. If you have any one of RTL input language installed, then this feature
will be
enabled.
As progame mentioned, since usually RTL users use Alt + Shift to change
input
language instead of using Ctrl + Shift to change keyboard layouts, so they
do not run
into this issue often, so probably we can just do what IE7/IE8 does for now.
So I am changing the Priority to P1 and adding label Mstone-2.0 now.
