1. Confirmed: this is a regression, happens on Beta channel build and
latest trunk
build, OK on Stable channel build.
2. This issue also happens on Safari Webkit nightly build: WebKit-r42377

3. This issue only happens for double byte characters (CCJK), OK for
Russian, Arabic.
Since this is a regression and it is affecting Beta channel build, I am
marking this
bug as P1 and adding label Mston-2.0 now.
