New issue 10658 by spoonerstreet: chrome.exe still running after closing
all Chrome windows
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=10658

Chrome Version : 2.0.172.6
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4:
   Firefox 3.x:OK
          IE 7:
          IE 8:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use Chrome for a whole day
2.Close all open Chrome windows
3. Check Task Manager - 2-4 chrome.exe processes still running

What is the expected result? Closing all Chrome windows should kill all
chrome.exe processes

What happens instead? Manual process killing to reclaim memory

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

I use Chrome throughout the day. It is difficult to reproduce on purpose,
but my system will start to slow down. I will close all Chrome windows,
but in Windows Task Manager, there will still be chrome.exe processes open
that have to be manually closed.
