Yep, this instance of the bug is fixed. Note that when you click on that "post a comment" link, it does not trigger the NOTIMPLEMENTED in render_widget_host_view.cc:365, which would indicate that the backing store is missing during a Paint(). This is clearly a bug though, thanks for the report. I had seen this earlier during my normal usage, but did not have a consistent repro.
