What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open two windows
2. Close the tab in one of them using the "x" button on the tab (not in the
upper right hand corner of the window)
2. Alternatively: Drag the tab off of the window

Either of these actions make Chrome crash, always.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot
and backtrace if possible.
