Whilst I can see why this is currently Ctrl+n (consistency with the Windows  
version) I
think it's more important to be consistent with the other browsers *on the  
same
platform* so the keybinding should be Alt+n. This is probably the single  
most
irritating thing about Chrome on Linux so far. My muscle memory is very  
used to using
Alt+n to change tabs.
