I have a CL for partial fix to this correcting the typo in the assignment
shown above),
but the value of "StartToFinish" is still corrupt, and probably is a
component of the
total "RequestToFinish".
I'm going to change the summary line to more accurately reflect that
regression (in
truth it is StartToFinish that regressed, and it was a typo that
RequestToFinish
replicated that value)
