P.P.S. You can partially simulate this behavior with User Scripts. I have
attached a
script that will pop up a confirmation dialog if you hit Ctrl+Q.
Place it in ~/.config/google-chrome/Default/User Scripts. You'll also have
to start up
Chrome with the --enable-user-scripts parameter.
