New issue 14802 by evan.martin: Loads in background tab hide status bubble
in foreground
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=14802

Chrome Version : 189
OS + version : Ubuntu Karmic
CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 32
window manager : xmonad

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a page with some URLs in a foreground tab.
2. Load a page that loads many images in the background, like
http://www.boston.com/bigpicture/2009/06/dance_around_the_world.html
3. Hover over a link in the foreground tab

What is the expected result?
The status bubble stays up

What happens instead?
The status bubble disappears until you wiggle the mouse, then disappears
again
