What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Exchange 2010 Web Access server, select Premium experience, log in
2. Create new message
3. Type some misspelled text
What is the expected result?
Misspelled text gets a highlight
What happens instead?
Misspelled text not highlighted

possible.
Note: does not repro in plaintext mode
