Comment #4 on issue 14733 by [email protected]: Mac SSL unit tests disabled http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=14733
Ideally, we should figure out how to load root_ca_cert.crt on demand on the Mac. I have a bug report (issue 8470) on doing that on Windows. I just installed load root_ca_cert.crt in my "System" keychain, and Certificate Assistant evaluated the certificate successfully: Certificate Status: Root ALSO in System Anchors Evaluation Status: Success jrg repeated the same procedure but got: Certificate Status: Untrusted Root Evaluation Status: Unrecognized root cert I think the "Root ALSO in System Anchors" message I got may be the key to success. I remember I imported the root cert into a keychain named "X509Anchors" before, when my Mac was still running Mac OS X 10.4. The X509Anchors keychain seems to be obsolete in 10.5, but my Mac still has it under /System/Library/Keychains. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
