Including Breakpad in all builds is not quite necessary, since not all
builds will get QA-
ed. It's necessary to include in the builds that get QA-ed, however, and
symbols
uploaded.
I don't know what the right process here is. It depends on what build is
picked up for
QA-ing. Weekly dev build? Kris?
