The browser test BrowserTest SSLUITest::TestMixedContentsLoadedFromJS fails
and has
been disabled.
It seems the 2 tabs are running in different processes for some reason,
causing the
mixed-content state not to propagate from 1 tab to the other, as the test
expects.
