Another sub-bug:
1. In RTL (--lang=he), add 2 extensions (gmail, and buildbot for example)
2. Try flipping their relative positions by drag and dropping them
What was expected?
- You should be able to drag-drop to the right to change places
What actually happened?
- One has to drag handle to the left (far end), then drop, to swap
extensions
I'll try fixing this one, but I may end up going for vacation before I am
done...
