Comment #8 on issue 14539 by [email protected]: Linux: cannot open any HTTPS page (https proxy related?) http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=14539
Same here. SSL worked OK in older builds (e.g. r16181, r17161) through HTTP(S) proxy, with $https_proxy environment variable set to http://PROXYSERVER:PORT ($http_proxy was not user for SSL). But it stopped working in newer build (several weeks ago?). (Changing $https_proxy to different formats https://PROXYSERVER:PORT or PROXYSERVER:PORT did not help.) (HTTPS servers in our local net, accesible without a proxy, actually do work, though) -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
