Behavior like middle-clicking to lower a window is dependent on your window
manager
(middle click does different things in different setups). That is the
reason we still
allow using the system title bar.
I'm inclined to say we won't fix this, but maybe Tony has thoughts (maybe
enough WMs
agree on this behavior to put it in? I've never heard of it before though).
